Sending a package of 12 pounds

I would like to send a box of coloring books and puzzle books to a child in Quito, Ecuador that weighs about 12 pounds. Can I prepay any custom charges if they are required ??

I can't answer your question specifically but I do know the generally there is no custom tax on printed material.
