Ybor City is their clubs and bars district. I was out there several years ago, and it reminded me of Tijuana, without any character. It may be worth looking into.

Yes, Ybor has quite a variety of clubs for every taste. You might also try the Channelside area near the Tampa Convention Center. This is accessible from Ybor by stret car until 2a.m. on weekends. If you have transport you might also look into the area around the University of South Florida campus, or even St Petersburg Beach, which is a much quieter laid back scene, but fun nonetheless. Thank you for your advices. Does anybody know, how can I get to Tampa from Spring Hill by local transportation? It is kind of dificult to find this information on Internet.
