WWII Military Show

A friend and I are traveling through Europe this winter and we are stopping by Bastogne. He was there for the 60th Anniversary of the Battle of The Bulge. He took part in the the huge parade and other celebrations with veterans and commemorations, and a military type show. We were both wondering if this was something that happened every year or was it only for the 60th Anniversary?

Well that blog answered the question if they have it every year, but what about the dates of when it happens? Is it the same every year?

I don't know. I googled it. Maybe Bastogne tourist office has a website so you can email your question? They should know for sure!

Well the date being commemorated doesn't change (22 December) and the commemoration is held on the nearest Saturday, see www.bastogne.be/60eme/eng/memorial_eng.htm
