Prepaid SIM plans in Bulgaria?

I wonder which company, VIVA TEL, or MTEL is the better option for a prepaid SIM in Bulgaria. I am visiting Bulgaria for 1 month only, and ONLY need to send local TEXT messages (probably a lot of them) to dozens of Bulgarian cellular numbers. Most of those numbers begin with 088, but there are some 089 as well.

Does anyone know which umbers belong to MTEL, and which are VIVATEL numbers? Is there a fast way of finding out that kind of information online? I need to do it every time I get a new national SIM. I would like to get the cheaper plan (especially for sending, and recieving SMS, and maybe a couple local calls).

Thanks,

and ps. I think there is a third plan - Globus.

Hi,

the operators are 3 - Mtel,Globul and Vivatel ,they are almost the same-but the first 2 I think are little bit better.Actually you can't understand which number to which operator is,because you can change the operater. But this service showed up soon,so mainly you can catch them. For Mtel-088,Globul-089,Vivatel-087
The sms price to foreign countries is 0.22lv for Mtel and Globul and 0.30lv for Vivatel, they don't include IVA-20%.Here I post links:

Hope I could help
