Hello Vt Members,

Please could you advise me on how to obtain an Andorra travel permit for countries that are not visa exempted??

We were informed that we need to contact the home affairs for such services or so but it should be through someone who has the access there. The whole thing sounds quite complicating.Please help!!

If you are going for no more than 3 months, you don't need an Andorran visa but a Schengen visa, since you have to enter the country via France or Spain and once one of those countries has granted you a visa you don't need one for Andorra. So you have to apply to the nearest French or Spanish embassy, but I can't say where that would be as you haven't mentioned your nationality or, in your profile, where you live.
If you want to go for more than 3 months, you have to apply to the nearest embassy or consulate of Andorra, as with any other country. Where that is, again I can't advise as I don't know where you are.
