Belize Weather in late January?

What will the weather be like in the second half of January? How about water temps and clarity for diving and snorkeling? Have been down to Belize but later in the Spring. Thanks.

The weather was warm- look to my Belize page and you will see how we were dressed- the sea was warm too( about 25°C) but swimming is not easy...no depth in the "lagoons"...
