Hi there,

i'm landing in Aarhus airport late September morning and need to get to Aalborg. is there a regular train I can catch?

Many thanks. It looks like it will just take 2 1/2 hours to get there. Should be a good chance to see some Danish countryside.

The transport is rather long. You will see all the countryside from the train. It is not worth to stop. Just a flat landscape with farms. Rather spend your time in Aalborg where everything is accessible by foot (football stadium as well). Once in Aalborg don’t through away the train ticket because you can use it for bus as well.

Thanks for the advice. I have a cheap flight to Aarhus and so have to get the train from there to Aalborg. I'll bring a book or buy a few beers for the journey.

you can buy beers in the train too if you run out.
just be prepared that they are more expensive than in the supermarket of course.
