Hi Everyone,

Is it easy to get a visa at Siem Reap airport? Or is it easier if I get one in the U.S. before going?

Visa on arrival is a doddle. Just make sure you have a passport photo and US$20 and you are there!
Enjoy your trip!

I cannot comment on the US but is Australia it is easy to get a Cambodian Visa from the embassy in Sydney. Siem reap airport is easy too. Just make sure you have the cash price in US $$$ and a passport photo or two. The officials are reasonably friendly in SR so no problem here. Enjoy

Just to echo the other poster's replies, VOA (Visa on Arrival) is easy.
You will be issued the visa at the airport.

Note: Carry a couple of extra passport pictures with you besides the one two for the Visa.
When you arrive at Angkor Wat, you will be required the pay for the 3 day pass which will entail being issued an Angkor pass with your picture on it.
You will avoid any lines by having your own passport picture ready.

Enjoy Cambodia, our favorite by far!!!

HI....visa on arrival is easy dependent upon length of queue.

Another option is E-Visa....I have used it a few times...you go online, you enter your details, you upload your photo and give your credit card details....takes usually less than 24 hours to come back, your print it out and give it to them on arrival....quick entry, no problems.....you dont end up with a pretty visa in your passport but its an excellent service......Its good for entry at Siem Reap and Phnom penh and a few other centres and is only a problem if you use e-Visa to enter as some remote border crossings....
