1) The single through ticket is 37.20 Euro and it is (at least here in Hungary) valid for 2 month. I did read, the tickets to/from Luxemburg in Belgium could be valid for a shorter period, while the price is the same.
You can check it for yourself on www.jizdenka.cz (switch to English and switch to international tickets).
2) There is no direct train, I see you will need at least two changes and the last one will be by bus. You can check it for yourself on

3) Same for the Echternach->Amsterdam question. But the price depends on the route you chose.
I got 68.40 Euros going via Gouvy(Fr) - Vise(Fr), which is 80 km in Luxemburg, 104 km in Belgium and 228 km in Netherlands, but maybe you want to use a different route.
There is a good European railway map, maybe you should check out the routes there:

An interesting option could be to go through Germany. The price will be somewhat more: 74 Euro from Igel(gr) to Amsterdam via Venlo and 84.60 Euro from Igel(gr) to Amsterdam via Emmerich, add 7.60 Euro for Echternach->Igel(Gr) section in Lux. However, you can see some more cities like Trier, Koblenz, Cologne (and some bits of the Rhine valley!)
Look at the corresponding Germany map:
