Hi,

I will be in AMS on 30th Sep & 1st Oct. Could someone advise bars/clubs with Live Rock music close to the Central station?? Hope to move on later for some Drum and Bass followed by the Clubbin scene.

Any good places to visit on week days, Tue/Wed?? Looking for company as well??

the only place i know is "teasers". It's on Damrak. Its about quarter mile from centraal station. No live music, but the staff is very pretty. The teaser girls are very knowledgeable about the club scene. They will definitely put you on the right path to all clubbin' activities. The only problem with AMS during the week is that everything closes by midnight. Good luck and enjoy!!

You should check if Teasers is still there..I think it had to close but may have re-opened?

I think you might like Korsakoff and Maloe Melo (Leidseplein area).

Just take a tram (1,2 or 5) to the Leidseplein from the Central Station.

I checked the agenda, but there are no venues planned yet at these midweekk nights you mentioned.

Near the Leidseplein you'll find the Melkweg and Paradiso. Both location ofeer live music concerts.
