Choice of Apartment Hotels in Auckland, CBD

Hi,
Can someone recommend me a reasonably priced apartment hotel in CBD preferably along or near Queen's St. Currenly i'm contemplating on either Oaks Residence or Central Precinct Apartments? Can someone help. Many thanks :)

Oaks has a very good reputation down here in Christchurch but have not stayed there myself - nor in Auckland.

There are several Quest apartments in AKL city, for example www.questonnelson.co.nz, www.questoneden.co.nz, www.questonmount.co.nz
