Sir, could you please tell me whether there will be a taxi from the Treviso airport? I would like to go to the train station of Treviso from the Treviso airport as fast as possible. I will be at the airport around 22.30.

I don't think I have ever arrived at an airport and not found taxis available - even on very delayed flights arriving in the early hours of the morning.
Google the airport - if you do not have its website - and look at airport information if you want to reassure yourself further.

The airport is on the southwest side of town. The train station is on the south of town.

They are about 3.5 km apart from each other and will be ~10 minutes in a taxi.

As Barbara (ranger49) says, if there are taxis anywhere in Treviso, they will be (1) at the airport, and (2) at the main train station - this is true everywhere in Italy, since taxis do not roam the streets but rather stay in taxi queues in prominent locations (airports, train stations, and major piazzas).

Just be sure to go outside to the taxi queue (all the official taxis in a line will be hard to miss) and ignore anyone inside the terminal offering you a ride...the only exception is if there is a kiosk for taxis inside (I don't know if Treviso has this - just avoid the individuals who come up to you to offer "help"). This will also be true everywhere you go in Italy.
