Last time I was there (2004)there was a beach on the east side of the road that runs between Cabo and San Jose Del Cabo as you come down the hill on the right just before a dive shop, which if my memory serves me correctly is across the street. I have been told that nude sunbathing is illegal in MX however it did not seem to be enforced at this particular spot as there was a few nubile breasts exposed for my viewing pleasure. Ask around as it is a "locals" beach and well known. Have fun!
