Can anyone please assist with these questions:

What's the earliest time in the morning that a boat trip leaves for Lokrum Island from the Old Harbour? And what time to they return to Dubrovnik?

Are there any boat trips you can recommend that go to all three Elafiti Islands from the Old Harbour? If so, what time do they depart in the morning and return and do they stay at the Islands for a long(ish) time?

Mljet Island and National Park: what's the best boat trip to get there and do they leave from Gruz harbour or the Old Harbour or both?

How far is it to walk to Gruz harbour from the Old Town (ie. how long does it take)? And is there a large supermarket called Konzum in Gruz harbour?

Lastly, where do the Airport buses depart from in Dubrovnik? How often do they run from there and how long does it take to get to the Airport?

Dunno if it was a Konzum but there's a huge supermarket not far from Gruz harbour. Just walk into direction "Old town" and when you see the bus station for local busses it's on the left.

Don't know about Konzum but there's a Tommy supermarket in Gruz, a block back from the harbourside, a few blocks closer to the old town than the Green and Fish markets.

The airport buses leave from the bus station at Gruz and from outside the Pile Gate - the main entrance to the old city.

It will take you 20-30 minutes to walk from the old city to Gruz depending on how you manage hills. There are frequent buses that leave from outside the Pile gate.

and there is a kerum at lapad , about 5-10 min walk from gruz habour
