Does anyone know if the fast hydrofoil runs directly from Buenos Aires to Montevideo?

As far as I know there is a ferry between Bs As and Colonia and then you will have to take a bus to Montevideo.

You can take the ferry direct to Montevideo. Just check the link provided by the previous post and you can check the direct schedule.

Buquebus has daily direct ships from Buenos Aires to Montevideo at 08:00; another departure is at 15:30 (or 16:00, depends on the day), except Sunday. The journey takes 3 hours.
