Please advise best bus route from RCL Cruise Terminal in Marseille to Aix:
What Bus Line? or bus number
From what Bus Station in Marseille to which Bus station in Aix.
Where do we buy tickets?
How long does it take and what is the cost?
Anything else you can recommend.
We only have 1 full day for this round trip.

You will be pleased to know that there is bus from Marseille to Aix as frequently as every 5 minutes at peak times, every 10 - 20 minutes for most of the day including weekends. Journey takes about 30 minutes as they go along the motorway. It's route 50 or 'Navette Aix - Marseille'

One way fare is €4.60 ticket from the driver.

Sorry I don't know where the RCL cruise terminal is located in Marseille and therefore how to get from there to the bus terminal at Porte D'Aix.
