Accommodation in the Niagara region:
We stayed in a 'Robingson Bed and breakfast' in the old town of Thorold; within 15 minutes driving distance of all major sights like the Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake and Welland Canal Centre.

I'm staying at Hi-Quebec, Auberge Internationale de Quebec, in Quebec City. It's part of Hostel International but they have private rooms (with or without private baths, and including breakfast) for really good rates. Plus they are in a great location (so I've read). I'll be there in 2 wks. If you want to check back with me then I can let you know how it was. I've read good reviews for them. :)
