Has anyone have any recent information about the Similian and Surin islandsin the Andaman sea.
How to get there(no package tour) from Ranong, accomodation and activities(snorkeling). George |

Hello. I see your posting is old, but you might still want some info.. You can take a bus down south from Ranong, and contact one of the boat charter companies (there are many) or a local longtail boat owner (slower but more spectacular, and cheaper). Contact me if you need some assistance in getting a good deal with a speedboat company. They depart from the pier early mornings, so if you don't have a car you might need to sleep one night here before you go to Koh Similan.
