I know this is really a tip rather than question but wasn't sure where to post it - There's a great event on in Glasgow in the week between 15 and 21 September, where there are loads of free events on and access to many of Glasgows most interesting buildings. If I were to pose a question it would be - where should I have posted this?!

When we lived in the area we used to go year after year - it is excellent. However, some venues are only open for one day and some have restricted hours. Well worth picking up info if you are in the city for the dates. Btw, I didn't think it was a week, just a weekend. Certainly wasn't last year but perhaps things have changed.

I see the Hunterian Museum is on the list. I wonder why, as it's open to the public anyway...
