I know there is a welsh bar in PDR but is there one in Alvor?

I know this is to late but there is a Welsh bar/cafe in Alvor, it is on Rue Pedro Alvares Cabrai the road that runs parralel to Rue dr fredrico mendes (the main st running down to old fishmarket) about half way down.
Look out for the Red Dragon
