We are taking my 85-year-old mother-in-law on a cruise this winter. She wants to go to the beach when we stop at Grand Cayman. Can anybody recommend a beach that's easy to get to where we can rent beach chairs and buy beverages? Lunch? It would be a nice bonus for me if there was a good spot to snorkel nearby. We accept having to pay a moderate admission charge.

I've heard that there are a couple of places that get real crowded when the cruise ships are in port. Any not-quite-so-well-known spots? We're going to be taking a cab, so please no 50 mile drives. Mom-in-law is ambulatory, but has bad knees, so also no long trails.
