London Ploughman's and Sunday Brunch
Posted: Wed August 6, 2008 12:22 PM UTC
OK I admit it, when I check out the restuarants in London I don't even read it unless it is under $30 and is rated 4 or above in satisfaction. That said I would love to have your recommendations for the best Ploughman's, and Sunday Brunch (regardless of price) that London has to offer. I will be in the following areas: SW14 between Baron Court and Earl's Court, South Bank between London Eye and Tower Bridge, Victoria Station, Soho, Theater District, Chinatown, Camden Market, Little Italy, and Portobello Market. I am willing to make a special trip by bus for the Sunday Brunch. Quality of food is most important, then atmosphere, then value.

Museum in Docklands restaurant (can't remember what it is called) has a great Sunday brunch. The portions are large and it's good value. Two courses for £13. You can get 10% off if you go to the Museum itself and if you have an Oyster card, then you can get 2 for the price of 1 entrance to the Museum. The whole is in a converted warerhouse - very spacious, with outside seating, as well.
