accomodation around TMC massage school ?

hi ,
me and my friend want to attend the TMC massage courses ,but we dint find till now any accomodation around the school.
are there none?

I know there are several guesthouses right around the corner from TMC; however, I doubt they have websites.

Have you asked the school for a listing?

I also know TMC students frequently stay at the Viangbua Mansion, which is a ten-minute walk away.

Do you know the exact street address of TMC? Then you can check the stree-level imagery of where it is located at and see if there are available accommodation around. Check it here: www.mapjack.com/Chiangmai

Looking at their page for accommodations, and places with websites; I believe (??) the YMCA is the closest.

The Chiang Mai 'Y' isn't great; but it isn't bad.

hi ,thank you very much .since 2 weeks i am trying to find something ,also i wait an answer from the school .the website i know it very well ,i tried to find all that accomodation offers but none of them is close to TMC.
may be i shud try the other massage school ,is central located and has many hotels around .

First of all, I know some students who went to TMC, and they thought it was a very good program; so I personally think you are making the right choice with the school.

Second, Chiang Mai is quite a small town, with good and inexpensive public transportation; so I honestly believe you don't need to live near the school.

As the TMC website suggests, it might be better to live near Taepae Gate, or the Night Bazaar area; which is 10-15 minutes away.

I agree, stay near the night bazaar, lots of great places to eat and shop. Well lit up for walking around at night.
