Anyone else out there experiencing weirdness with the videos?

Tried uploading a new one a few minutes ago - can't get past the first page.

Tried viewing someone else's videos - just the posted page comes up but no video.

Also, why is there a section (when uploading - and it's actually in there twice during the upload process) for a "video description" when I never seem to see the results of this? I mean, where do we see the video descriptions? They aren't under the videos. Where are they then?

I can only answer the last bit (and only because I asked the same question last week).

The video description bit isn't ready yet. It will be and, I believe, the descriptions are being stored till then.

As for the other problems, it is probably just a glitchy bug thing. My videos are working ok, so perhaps the ones you tried to view are still being sorted?

I just uploaded two videos and they are fine. Right now I'm uploading a third, and there seems to be nothing amiss. Could have been a short hiccup that is gone now?

The other person's videos have been posted for a while - I only now decided to view them (and was annoyed to see they were listed but the video picture portion had disappeared. In its place was just a rectangular bar (not even an "X" through it).

Must be a little "hiccup" as you say...I'll try again now and see what happens.

Didn't realize it takes so long to get the description part integrated.

Patience was never a strong point with me.

There is another bit of weirdness that happened when I realized I misloaded one of the videos and had to delete it. After deleting one of the videos, the system dumped me back out to my VT home page, rather than the city I was in, so that it looked like it deleted ALL of the videos. That isn't what happened. Instead, it looks like it deleted the right one - its just that the destination of what happens after the video is deleted is a bit odd.

I figured that there were still a few bugs to be worked out, considering that it isn't just VT that is involved in the video system.
