What time are you arriving at Pudong airport?
How many of you are there and how much luggage do you have?
Do you understand any Chinese?

Last time when i visited Yiwu, i took a train from Shanghai. The train took about4.5hrs one way. Train is the cheapest mode of travel.

If you don't mind waiting, there's a direct bus from Pudong airport to Yiwu at 1650, fare 180 RMB. It takes about 4.5 hours to reach Yiwu.
Otherwise, you'll have to take airport shuttle no.7 (20 RMB/pax, journey time about 1-1.5 hours) or a taxi (around 150-180 RMB depending on traffic conditions) to Shanghai South train/long-distance bus station, in order to catch a train/bus to Yiwu.
There's a fast train D109/D112 leaving from Shanghai South train station at 1545 that takes exactly 2 hours to reach Yiwu, but I doubt you'll make it in time unless you take a taxi instead of the airport shuttle, AND have someone buy the ticket for you in advance. The train costs 97/116 RMB for 2nd/1st-class seats. Other trains do depart later, but they take longer to reach Yiwu, usually around 4 hours or so.
Otherwise, there're buses leaving from Shanghai South long-distance bus station (just south of the South train station) at 1605, 1645, 1825 and 1935. These cost 97 RMB and take about 3.5 hours to reach Yiwu.
That's a pretty comprehensive answer already. If you've any more queries, email me at ellyse99@yahoo.com and put "VirtualTourist" and your own username (eg ouden) in the subject line, thanks.
