Best way is booking with NCL coach transfer
Cheapest may be taxi to train. It will be 2 trains and a taxi or tube or bus between the 2 trains. I'm sure someone will give much more concise information on this.

National Express is probably your best bet. That's the large, bus company that goes all over the UK. Their site says they stop at the cruise dock, and I'm sure they'll take you to Stansted or at least close by.

It depends on how much time you are prepared to spend set against how much money.
Fastest way will be taxi (or bus) to Dover train station, train to London, then take the Stansted Express train (stops underneath the terminal building). www.nationalrail.co.uk for train times and fares. Coach will be cheaper, but slower. Although National Express lists the port terminal as a stopping point you will find you still have to get into Dover central bus station to get the Stansted coach (taxi or bus from the cruise terminal). The journey takes 5+hours. I would advise you to book your coach tickets online if you choose this option (seats cannot otherwise be guaranteed). Be aware that National Express coaches have a limit on the amount of 'hold' baggage you can take ('2 medium-size suitcases wweighing no more than 20kg each'): carrying extra is at the discretion of the driver. An alternative might be to get the train into London, then take a coach to Stansted. Links and info here: http://www.londontoolkit.com/travel/stansted_airbus.htm
