best way is to fly, as distance is about 1,200kms and about one and a half hrs flying. alternative is by road, need 2 days and 10 immigration chops!!! cheers

Three flights a day from Kota Kinabalu to Kuching on Malaysiaairlines. i hour 20 minutes and about 60 euros one way if you book early.

The best way to get to kuching is by air, take a flight from KK to kuching. It would take around 1 1/2 hour.
Going to kuching by land is not worth it... Even from Miri it would take 13 hours to get to Kuching.
