The 73 year old singer held her final concert in Athens tonight. One of Europe's big stars for sure!

I never knew until today that she was a member of the Greek legislature at one time.
She has a fantastic voice. I think she is one of the Worlds big stars as well. |

Indeed, she is a big Eoropean star mainly loved by a female audience. My wife likes her songs, but when I hear her voice I get convulsions.

My dad used to play her records when we kids, for us it was torture and nick named her banana mousse!! Don't think I have heard her music since then so perhaps would have greater appreciation today.

Nana's latino songs are my favorites, such as La Paloma and Quiereme Mucho. Haunting voice.
