| Sharm El Sheikh | Xmas & New Year 2008/9 in Sharm?? Posted: Thu July 24, 2008 04:49 PM UTC
Hi all,
Considering a winter break of around 3 weeks over Xmas & New Year. What weather can I expect in Sharm? If it is reasonably good weather can anyone recommend any reasonably priced accomodation. I will be travelling solo and prefer an apartment / room to a hotel. Cheers, TJ |

We went once in January, fantastic weather during the very short day (sun sets around 6.30) our pool was freezing, the sea was fantastic, but the night were very cold. My husband bought a coat, the Russians were prepared, some had fur jackets! I used to warm up the bathroom with the hairdrier prior to my shower. BBrrr
