Flight from Rome's Fiumicio airport leaves at 7:25am but the first train from Rome termini arrives at airport at 6:23hrs.Afraid it would be late too check-in.

Is there anyother transport suggestion other than taxi to reach the airport from Centre of Rome?

If no other option, is the airport open 24hrs so that one can spend/sleep previous night there? Visited the site of the airport but it is not clear if the airport is open 24hrs.

Hi

there is a night bus to Fiumicino. It starts at Tiburtina station and makes one stop at Termini as well. You can buy the ticket on the bus.
The departures from Tiburtina are at: 0.30 a.m. - 1.15 a.m.- 2.30 a.m. - 3.45 a.m. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to reach Termini.

I would suggest you to enter one of the tourist offices in the city centre or the main one at Termini station and ask for the exact corner where the bus stops...and also how to recognise it.
