I'm arriving in Antalya within the next two months. I need to get from Antalya to Anamur and back. What's the best mode of transportation and how much does it costs?

Go to Antalya'a Main Bus Terminal. Buy your ticket to Anamur. It is so easy. There are every day busses to Anamur. It may cost you not more then 50 TL.

As Sirvictor says, bus is your only choice, for shuttle to bus station see below
http://www.havas.com.tr/en/otobus_antalya.asp cost 10 Ytl or $8 about. Then several bus companies go to Anamur heading towards Mersin. Should be roughly 50 Ytl return.
