I am travelling to malaysia on vp social pass for four days I have a relative in singapore what is the formalities if i want to go to singapore on a one day visit

either you less than 1 day in Singapore depending on your nationality , you still need a social visit visa. If you can tell what passport your holdinhg, then anyone can answer you.
