i couldn't find if they have stadium tour...
they are currently building a new one, but there is little to see yet.

I agree that you can stay in the beaches of Valencia if you want, they are wide and clean, the water is not clean enough to get a 'blue flag' (a quality mark given by UE eand renewed every year) but are absolutely safe for swimming.
El Saler has a more natural environment, is in Vlaencia but quite outside of the city and getting there by public transport is more complicated.
If you have a car, on of the best beaches in Valencia are nearby Sagunto and Canet (beaches are far from train stations).
I woudln't pay too much attention to Valencia museums, only oceanografic at the CAC complex is interesting.
