Hello everybody,
We are going to Tunisia early october and we would like to know how is the hotel called Barcelo Carthage. Is it good?? Any reviews? Is it very far from other ''day trips'' that we could make? Do you know how is the approximate charge for day trips in Tunisian hotels right now? Thank you soooo much! :) |

Hi!! I know this hotel well. No problem, its very nice,specially its swimming pools and outdoor spaces :-),you'll spend a nice time there. Barcelo' Hotel is in a quartier called Gammarth; you'll need a car or a taxi to visit Tunis. Cartaghe and Sidi Bou Said are not very far from Gammarth but if you wanna go to the city centre to visit the medina a cheap way to do it (if you don't want to spend too much in taxis) is to take a taxi until La Marsa TGV station and there take the TGV until tunis centre ville (about 40min trip).

Dont hesitate if you need more informations about tunis...i live there!!! Ah if the weather is not good you ll have a super indoor swimming pool...cool!!!
