Hi. Can anyone tell me where I can find a self service laundry and supermarkets in Vienna? I need the actual address if possible. I don't mind the area, but am particulalry interested in laundries and supermarkets in Wieden, Margareten, Mariahilf, Neubau, Favoriten & Hietzing.

When you arrive, you will see immediately that you simply cannot miss the supermarkets, they are absolutely everywhere, so no address is necessary. Look out for Merkur (great selection), for example in Mariahilferstrasse near Neubaugasse underground station, Billa, Spar, Zielpunkt etc. Zielpunkt is the cheapest of the ones, Billa and Merkur mid-priced and Spar the most expensive but they tend to have gourmet sections.

Self-service laundry; there aren't that many that I am aware of, but there is one at Urban-Loritz Platz, corner Westbahnstrasse, near Burggasse/Stadthalle underground/tram station.

I found a laundrette in Neubau (Bendix Laundrette‎, Siebensterngasse 52, 1070 Wien). I hope it is still there. The one near Burggasse/Stadthalle sounds perfect since it will be a bit closer to where I will be staying.

there is a large selfservice laundry on Guertel, dont know the exacte postal-adress, BUT it is opposite of Metrostation THALIASTRASSE, and from the station you will see it, when arriving from Westbahnhof !
