where to stay for ROMANTIC getaway?

Looking for a romantic place to absorb the beauty of the Florida Keys...
Would like to find a place to relax and rejuvenate - have only three days in January.
Would love to find a clean, upscale B&B or hotel near the Bahia Honda Beach...
is this even possible?

I recommend you get this book. "The Florida Keys: A History & Guide" by Joy Williams. We've purchased several editions because she knows everything about the area and is a great writer. The latest edition is 2003 but it's still the best, by far. After reading it you'll have a better idea of where in the Keys you want to stay. With just three days you'll probably want to keep it to one area. Have fun!

Thanks for the info.-I will look at the guide!
I've been reading a lot about Casa Morada and Cheech Lodge on Islamorada and Kona Kai on Key Largo. They all seem to be popular places.
Have you ever stayed at any of these places? Or are you familiar with these keys?
Personally I would not mind being close to the Bahia Honda Beach...have also been
Very difficult to decide where to go.

Palmer's on Little Torch is not far from Bahia Honda about 5 miles.
Be sure to go out to Looe Key for snorkle or dive
