Its less than 10 kms from the center to the foot of Sto Tomas mountain via marcos highway and green valley road. Going up, its less than 5kms but steep and winding road. Its rocky and unpaved but the fx taxis can easily reach it with its high clearance . Its not a usual taxi route so it will be a bit harder to get them to agree to take you. There are regular public jeepneys plying the route so this will be your best bet. Its less than 45 minutes ride via a private ride. From the first peak to the the highest one, you will need to walk or use a 4x4 vehicle to reach it because the road is steeper and loose gravel and uneven surface due to water runoff. The view of the coast is very beautiful during clear days. From the marcos highway junction , its about 45 kms down to agoo.

there are lodges situated before the junction going into green valley from marcos highway. There is also that green valley hotel a little bit inside the road to Mt. Sto Tomas. I dont have any idea about the rates, since i usually stay with friends when i stay in baguio city.
