| Aleppo | Changing currency Posted: Sun July 20, 2008 11:47 AM UTC
Hi all
We are 3 older women from England who are coming to Aleppo next week by train from Istanbul. First, I have heard that the Taurus Express is not running at the moment! Does anyone know if that is true? I hope not as we are booked on it!!! Second, what is the best way to get Syrian pounds? Should I bring Euros or British pounds to change? Many thanks |

Stick to pounds if you're coming from England. pay twice for exchange rates?
