What I should to see there or in the way from Rijeka (Croatia) to Ljubljana? Also I want to see something in Zagreb and Rijeka in Croatia (also one day in each of the city). I plan to be one day by car in Ljubljana (small jump from Croatia).

What I should to see there or in the way from Rijeka (Croatia) to Ljubljana?

Also I want to see something in Zagreb and Rijeka in Croatia (also one day in each of the city).

I suggest you check out Skocjan Caves & Predjama Castle on the way to Ljubljana once there there are many walks around the city, a very pretty riverside and fine castle. This site is pretty informative.

In addition if you get a chance to detour to Plitvice National Park in Croatia it is a wonderful place.
