Izmir - Transfer from Otogar to Crowne Plaza Hotel

Hello friends,

I have a question please :

Should you live in Izmir or know well the city, how would precisely proceed to join Crown Plaza Hotel from Otogar WITHOUT hiring a cab ? I have to do it in September and cannot find a real solution.

The hotel is in Balcova which isn't in the city but maybe they run shuttle buses into the city, so ask them, otherwise it looks like a taxi.
Map below of the city, but doesn't go as far west as Balcova.
