I am considering a temporary 6 month secondment from Scotland to come and live and work in Smolensk. Can anyone give me some practical advice and tips ?
Guidance on cost of living etc would be particulary helpful. |

Everything is cheeper then in Moscow and St.Petersburg, if that helps:)
