Hi there,
We will be staying in Bukit Tinggi for a night after reading the beautiful website. But what is the night lift like? I understand there is a show and there is a karaoke. Can someone tell me what are the charges? Thank you very much. |

Nightlife in Bukit Tinggi? Well, there are a couple of discos as I recall, butit's nothing special. Everything is on that main strip, so you'll have no trouble finding whatever does happen to be going on. West Sumatra is lovely, but no one goes there for the nightlife.

Thankyou John for your tip but I wonder if we are talking about the same place. I mean Bukit Tinggi (popularly known as French Village) in West Malaysia across Genting Highlands. I visited the place during a day trip and I want to experience the night ambience as I heard recommendations of the place. The website describes a Karaoke lounge where I would like to while away the time drinking and if I am in the mood hum a tune or two. Have you been there yet?

Oh yes - the Bukit Tinggi I thought you meant is in Indonesia!
