WALKING OVER THE BOSPHORUS BRIDGE

Is it possible for a tourist to walk over the bosphorus bridge, just to experience walking from asia to europe?

It's physically possible, but not allowed. The only occasion I am aware of, where walking over one of the bridges is permitted, is the Istanbul marathon in October which crosses the older Bosphorus bridge.

Unfortunately, no. It is forbidden for locals, too. Only day we can walk over it is the day of Eurasia Marathon.

Yes you can do it during Eurasia Marathon.Only one day in the year.

This one is new: There will be another event over the Bridge at 31st of August called "humanrace10k". It is a worldwide marathon and Turkey part crosses over the Bridge. Participants will run from Beylerbeyi to Kurucesme.
