Can any one be please be so kind to let me know if there are international flights between Shanghai to Bangkok and any adress of travelagents in Shanghai

Yes, you can get there from there! Thai Airlines flys to Bangkok from Pudong airport at 0815 and 1725 for about 7500RMB. I believe the usual Chinese airlines fly there, as well. There is an office in Shanghai at:

You have to buy the ticket locally, not online. You can probably reserve a ticket and buy it at the airport.
