As you cannot buy TD outside of Tunis why not just take a small amount of cash, enough to get started, and draw cash from an ATM as you need it.

If, on the other hand you are asking for an estimated budget, that will depend on your age, how much you want to drink, and how many are included in the word "we".

AS the poster above said, it will depend on what your drinking and eating habits are and also where you are staying. What's including in your package - any food?

This is a rough guide to prices in Tunisia:

Coffee/Tea £1.00
Soft drink £1.00
Bottle of water £1.00
Bottle of Beer £1.00
2 Course Meal* £7.00
3 Course Meal** £15.00
Bottle of wine £10.00
*Cheap local fare in a small cafe or restaurant.
**Typical food in a simple reasonably
comfortable mid-range restaurant.

If you work out how many meals you will be eating out in that time, how many drinks per night and then multiply it by the number of people, you should get a fairly good estimate.

For trips, it is best to check the tour operator you have booked with to see how much their trips are.

Add it all up, add extra for things like souvenirs, laundry, telephone calls and any emergencies, and bingo, there's your budget.

Have fun.
