Other alternative is we can go to Dolmabahce palace directly from our hotel, then can we take traditional ferry from Besiktas at 10:50 AM, will reach Rumeli Kavagi at 11:55 AM then to Ortakoy/ or take TurYol's boat. – Please suggest.
3. Does Cagdas Tramway (Modern Tramvay) from Zeytinburnu stops at Istiklal Caddesi to reach Yenisehir Palace hotel

Yenisehir Palace is the hotel whre I stay when I visit istanbul. I like the hotel. The rooms are little but it is in the centre of Istanbul in beyoglu. YYou can reach to Tumel witin 5 minutes. The famous Pera Palace Hotle is just opposite of the hotel. If you get out of the main door of the hotel on your left you can go to Tunel. The area is full of old greek dwellings. They are emty since 1956. The owners were greek citizens living and trading in Turkey. They were send out of Turkish borders because of Cyprus Crississ. On your right just very close to the wall of the hotel there is a norrow street wich will take you to the Istiklal caddesi. On your right is the Tunel and on your face is the Consulate of Sweden. If you go left you will pass the branch of the bank Turkiye Is bankasiAS and a high building the Chamber of Commarce. Under this building there is a passage which you will easly come to yenisehir palace on the left. If you pass the high building you will come to Galatasaray within 5 minutes. If you go another 10 minutes you will be in Taksim. At taksim take the Funicular to go to Kabatash. Besiktash is only 15 minutes walking. Just fallow the bulevard along the Dolmabahce Palace pass the naval museum. You will reach to the landingbridge of Besiktas just beside the museum and the staue of Barbarosso Hayrettin Pasha the Grand Admiral of Ottoman Turkish navy.

I dont think that the cagdas Tramway reached to yenisehir palace.

to reach ferry from Besiktas at 10:50 AM please be there at 10:30. Istanbul is strange. Remember the saying "Early birds"

2. From Istiklal Caddesi station is there Cagdas Tramway (Modern Tramvay) to reach Eminonu. Please advice?

If you get out of the main door of the hotel on your left you can go to Tunel. Under this building there is a passage which you will easly come to yenisehir palace on the left.

Its confusing. Get out of the main door is the tunel then it says again to yenisehir palace on the left. Kindly clarify.

If you get out of the main door of the hotel on your right near house number 111 the temple of Turkish Grand Orient Masons you will came to the high building of the Chember of commerce. Under that building there is a passage for walkers. At the end of the passage on your right is the bank branch of Turkiye is bankasi. On your left is Galatasaray and Taksim.

If you go along the narrow street just beside the hotel you will reach to Istiklal Street. On your right will be Tunel, on your left will be the bank branch and the passage.

BASICALLY you need to take LEFT from the main door of the hotel & If you go along the narrow street just beside the hotel you will reach to Istiklal Street. On your right will be Tunel, on your left will be the bank branch of Turkiye is bankasi. On your left is Galatasaray and Taksim.

BASICALLY you need to take RIGHT from the main door of the hotel & If you go along the narrow street just beside the hotel you will reach to Istiklal Street. On your right will be Tunel, on your left will be the bank branch of Turkiye is bankasi and high building of chamber of commerce with passage, Galatasaray and Taksim.

PS the narrow street is only one minute to walk.
