just wondering if marrakesh had hospitals and not just emergency clinics. I am planning on going there but am pregnant. Thanks!

It seems that the expat hospital is polyclinic du sud in Gueliz (the "new" section of Marrakech). I have not been able to find out more information, however.
I suggest that you contact the U.S. embassy.

Marrakesh has good hospitals for tourists, but make sure your travel insurance covers you for travel when pregnant as if there is a problem you will be expected to pay .
otherwise have a good trip and try and get out of Marrakesh to see the real morocco
