I'll need a cell phone while in Portugal and wonder where is the best place to buy one for a 10 day visit? What should I expect to pay? Can I grab one at the airport in Lisbon?

The best news/surprise for Americans using cell phones here is that all incoming calls are free! Shop around a little because usually w/ a phone purchase they can give you a bonus amount of minutes!
