I am looking for a great bed and breakfast, that is pretty reasonable and has easy access to the city. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

You should check out this site:
http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g186605-d215930-Reviews-Belcamp_Hutchinson-Dublin_County_Dublin.html

On the left hand side, there is a list of B&B's and reviews from people who have stayed there. I always use this site when booking accomodation and the reviews are really helpful!

My favorite place to stay when in Dublin is Abberley House, http://www.abberleyhouse.ie/. It is a short walk from the Botanical Gardens and about a fifteen minute walk to City Centre. Public transportation is close at hand, as well. It is set in a quiet area and is very comfortable, as well as affordable.

In May we stayed at Azalea Lodge http://www.azalealodge.com/ for 3 nights.
It was great, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great position for transport with bus stop right outside to the city center (which is about a 10 minute ride away) with a choice of at least 3 buses to take. The owner Bernadette is wonderful and so willing to do anything to make your stay pleasant.

We stayed at Kilronan House May 07 and we could walk everywhere from there. It was nice and clean and quiet. It is away from the busier streets.
