Awwwww ... wolfywolf? I read your post and felt like someone was scratching a board with their finger nails ... eeeek!
Sorry, I don't have the answer to your question - but have you checked the VT pages for restaurants in Bergen? Chances are you can find a good local place that will be cheaper and better ... here's a couple from FletteMette's page: http://www.virtualtourist.com/travel/Europe/Norway http://members.virtualtourist.com/m/878cd/365da/2/ http://members.virtualtourist.com/m/878cd/365da/2/ Or look at FleteMette's page - she's a local and knows these places! oh ... those nails are still scratching that board ...

Well, some people seem to eat this stuff since they do sell it a few places here. A big Mac Meal costs NOK 75,- with drink and chips. There are up to several places that will give you real food for the same price.
Bread 10,- for the cheap kind Milk about 11,- for a litre cheese about 80,- for a kg. Cold meat would vary too much to state here. Check out mine and others tips here on VT Greetings from Bergen

Haha! =D Thanks for recommending my pages:o)
"Food" at Burger King and McDonald's isn't particularly cheap in Norway, you will find cheaper (and better!!!) meals elsewhere - really! Try Pastasentralen (pasta, pizza), Vågen Fetevare (yummy sandwiches!), if you like seafood try Søstrene Hagelin or Madam Bergen (fish cakes, fish burgers, fish soup...both have very reasonably priced lunch offers), Chinese restaurants tend to have cheap lunchtime offers (usually between noon and around 17)...

alhough this was not your question, i can recommend the kebab/shwarma style joints for relatively cheap and good food. a few years ago i had a really good (and big) falafel in a wrap with all the trimmings for about 40 NOK. not sure if prices have changed much. i think they do pizza as well, but not sure what those are like.
